Dr. Gilles Spony
			 
			
				Gilles spent over 8 years developing and testing in Britain and France the SPM, a profiling tool developed at 
				Cranfield School of Management. A former HR and Training Manager in France, Gilles developed a passion for understanding 
				cross-cultural interactions after a two-year assignment as an expatriate in the Ivory Coast. Forecasting the boom of current 
				issues in cross-cultural mergers and acquisitions and the management of cross-cultural teams, Since then, Gilles has developed 
				an analytical model aimed at analysing the impact of personality and cultural differences on managers' decision-making 
				style within the modern work context. His model represents a truly innovative step to adapt traditional personality 
				profiling to the modern context of internationalisation and globalisation. His efforts were acknowledged by the 
				European Association of Personnel Management with the award of the best European thesis of the year 2001 in the field of International HRM.
			 
		 
		
			 
			
				Jenny Avon
			 
			
				Jenny brings to SPM Online her experience of managing a national sales channel, designing sales
				processes and strategies as well as 20 years experience in concept and service sales, including
				recruitment, HR consultancy and Telecoms. Career highlights include pioneering new methodologies,
				winning exclusive long-term business with blue chip clients and managing sales teams nationally and

				Tony has been an IT professional for 35 years and looks after the technology side of SPM Online. He has
				managed the complete build, testing and implementation of the SPM Online website to a fully scalable,
